Fastest I have ever checked in and out of a hotel. As soon as I got in the room, I wasn sure I would be able to stay here. Then, I pulled back the bed covers. Bed bugs covering the mattress corners and box spring. Blood spots everywhere. The manager / owner stated they were "zombie" bed bugs- they won't bite, they've been sprayed. Ummm, nope. No thanks.

No air conditioner, beds hard, fridge looks like it has mold in it. My question is why would a place not have an air conditioner? I understand that it's not hot around these parts, but when it's 92 degrees and no air, that royally sucks. The bed being so hard. We are in the 21st century correct? There are so many mattress choices to choose from these days. Don't know exactly where my fur baby found the hair, but there were little balls of black hair all around on the floor. Definitely wasn't mine, because I'm bald lol. Please upgrade your rooms to the correct century. I will have to say that the lady that runs the place, tried her best to accommodate us, but we just couldn't handle the no air and the hard beds. Only reason I'm giving it two Stars is because of the lady running the place. Thankfully the company was able to get a room at the motel in Laurel.

The kind folks that own and run the Cedar Motel are like a big family. We were blessed to have someplace to come and eat our heads, take a shower and be loved.
