I honestly don't understand why the same people from one of the same country treat us so badly. Here they talk to you about what one is asking for when they are in public representation to provide us with necessary services without having to go to the DR, they are alien

That place has a woman who doesn't know how to work with a costumer! They have a person working who doesn't know how to work with customer service. Worst experience in terms of customer service just because of that woman. Young Dominican. Lousy service.

Unfortunate the treatment that the same Dominicans give you, too rude, horrible service. It is embarrassing that in other places they treat one better than in the consulate of their own country.

I have two months to make an appointment and they don't even answer, but much less do they pick up the phone, not seeing the same things, we go to the meeting, it's because we need a service,,, what is the function of this meeting, someone who explains why there is no work
