The guys from this company were amazing. They did a wonderful job from the beginning till the end. They were even willing to work around my schedule. I would recommend them to everyone.

The expert was able to identify the issue and immediately fix our broken air conditioning. The work was completed quickly and with great professionalism. They also went above and beyond by getting in touch with me later to make sure everything was working well. After-job cleanup only improved the whole Direct Home Services experience. I'll use them once again.

Will provide more details on services as they are completed. We contracted for complete replacement of furnace, condenser and a/c coil... it's possible the heating & cooling appliances we're replacing are "original" to the 1988-built condo, else only the second replacement. In any case, the appliances owe us nothing in this 34-yo condo unit. I will feel *very* confident moving forward with a brand new set of YORK appliances. :-) ***** ***** ***** ***** Update... September 6th, 2022. Replacement of both the inside & outside units went flawlessly. Two guys showed up promptly with a truckload of appliances & they immediately set to removing the old units. They uncrated everything outside, so there was no mess inside. And there was no problem with installation as all the replacement pieces were smaller & more compact than the original pieces. When done, the guys showed me how to use my new digital thermostat (replacing the old dial thermostat), and their work area was left meticulously clean. All in all, it took about about six hours for the entire job. Would HIGHLY recommend this company for any HVAC issues you may have.

Direct Home service was quick to get out to my house after our A/C stopped working. Mike was informative and helpful in resolving the issue.

There can be a bit of wiggle room, normally talking, you should have your air conditioning system serviced two times annually: as soon as in the autumn and also once in the spring. This is to guarantee that it's tidy, that its components are in good condition and that it's running as efficiently as possible. If you're concerned we are more than happy to come and check things for you.
If you are thinking of having a mini split heater installed in your house, the big inquiry you would like to know is, "Can a mini-split warm a whole house?" These systems are usually used as additional home heating, however they are additionally efficient in heating an entire residence. If you would like to look at it further give us a call.
For the bulk of house owners, a heat pump is the most affordable as well as most efficient choice for warming their houses. Heat Pumps are a typical choice in locations where the temperature level seldom, if ever before, dips below cold, and also they give the advantage of not requiring an outdoors fuel resource such as oil or gas. To discuss it a lot more give us a call.
One clever means to identify if the air filter is filthy is to do the "white sheet test." This involves hanging a tidy white sheet roughly 5 inches away from one of the vents for at the very least one hour. You have a dirty air filter if the sheet turns gray. The grayer the sheet, the dirtier the filter. Give us a telephone call and we can assist you to arrange everything out.
A mini-split system uses much less energy and also keeps temperature levels most constant when it runs continually, as in, 24/7. You also do not require to turn the systems on and also off or readjust temperature settings when you're away. Unlike with a central cooling and heating system managed with a thermostat. Set the fan to auto. Any concerns feel free to give us a call.
