Why does the agency not send a sub when a aid is sick ??? A friend of mine has had to go with out side bc of this . An the agency does not even call her until 3 pm so they don't have to . Why is this allowed ?

Depends on the agency.

How would a person change from agency aids to a private aid . Because the agencies in the area will not cover a aid when they have to call off .
