I used to go here more often, but the last few times have been worse each time. Worst breakfast I've had at a fast food restaurant. I had a bagel sandwich and hash brown that was just thrown in the bag, not in any paper or wrapper. Everything was cold and had a stale odd taste.

Not too busy, the clerk was nice. The coffee was so so as usual. I had a donut and it was again so so. I'm not a huge fan of Tim Hortons because their coffee is mediocre.

This location great for many years, but it seems in the modern day of exploiting workers into exhaustion with lower and lower wages has taken away what made Tim's stand out from the rest. You've boiled down your employee base to people who are justifiably unmotivated to do any more than the bare minimum. Which by the way, if you're going to nearly double the price for a cup of coffee, at least have it prepared correctly when I come to the window. It's either cold, or I end up getting it black with nothing in it. If you want any chance at a good experience, just drive to the location just over the border in Michigan off Sterns. This location just isn't it anymore.

i usually stop in this particular location and have no problems. tonight we ordered two caramel iced lattes and they were just.. caramel iced milk. no coffee. super disappointing
