Hi Norma, we are unable to carry the Joint Mobility formula because it is a prescription food and we do not have a vet on property. You should be able to order it either from your vet, or get it from an online retailer with the script. I hope this helps!

Covid protocols are much the same as any other retail environment compliant with NYS directives. Anyone entering the building must wear a mask and practice reasonable social distance from strangers. We encourage people to use hand sanitizer and it is provided in several locations. Surfaces are regularly disinfected with various methods from lysol to UV sterilization. If someone is unable to enter for health reasons or simply erring on the side of caution they can shop our online store and request to have items brought to them curbside. Owners and staff reserve the right to request anyone showing symptoms or disregarding requests for basic compliance to leave the building. Thanks for your inquiry.
