I purchased two different vapes from here, both broke in the SAME DAY, when I went back to try to return for another one they just said there’s nothing they can do and to fill out a form and send it to the company, which i did. Then the company just rings then hangs up before you can speak to someone, and on the website it says they “can’t ship to this location” which is insane because I already mailed them to them… terrible store. Also bought a bong there that broke immediately, and you guessed it! Nothing they can do. Don’t waste your time with these people.

Got 3 devices here each one lasted 2 weeks after looking online I found they all had known issues. They charge 40 dollars for a 20 dollar smok novo. 50 dollars for the 20 dollar smok v2. Being new to vapeing I had no idea what I was buying. When I told them my first 2 devices broke I was told to " Be Carefull" what a joke.
