Have bought furniture here since Jake took over. Have completely furnished a living room and family room with couches, love seats, bookcases, a reclining chair, end tables and a coffee table to say nothing of a number of small accent pieces. The craftsmanship of all the pieces is outstanding. Both Jake and Michelle offer personalized service and helped us pick out the material we wanted to cover the couches and chairs. Since we live in Pittsburgh and have to drive nearly three hours to get to the store, and since we return repeatedly to buy things, you know how satisfied we are!! Ricky Kortyna

I think this is my second time posting an online review in a decade. I had an honestly genuine experience picking up a bookcase from here today with Jake, Michaele, and the rest of the staff! The storefront has a healthy amount of IN-STOCK furniture that you can take away the same day. Most places around have a showroom-only with anywhere from a 14 week to 9 month wait time on pieces; I know that's the standard for hand-made furniture, but it deserves special mention that you can pick up something same-day here. Jake himself is very pleasant and informed. I had an enlightening conversation with him while browsing the rest of the shop. When I need more furniture in the future, I will return here. V/R Jake C

I ordered a jewelry box for my granddaughter’s birthday and it took about 5-6 months to receive it. It was much longer than I was told but that was not nearly as big an issue as when I did finally receive it the box was not done. I was very unhappy with that. You would think before shipping someone would have noticed it. The chain was not attached correctly to the lid and a knob was very loose. I cannot recommend anyone getting one there.
