Went to visit a family friend the lake was beautiful was very Serene very peaceful very clean and everybody was extremely friendly

Good place to stay. Seems more geared to older couples though. A few kids camp there but it seems that the residence don't always appreciate that kids are going to enjoy the outdoors.

Is this the campground that is attached to White Star Quarry? I would like to get information about this campground. Rates for a 28' camper and activities for kids to do. Thank you!

No it's not. It's in Gibsonburg off ST RT 600 about 1 to 1 1/2 miles from the center of town on the left. It's seasonal only.

Is the lake good for swimming, is there a beach type entryway and to the water?

The quarry is amazing to swim in! The water is so clean and clear! There is a beach and that is the only area you can swim in.

How far are you from cedar point? We're looking for some place between our house (Toledo), my work (B.g.), and cedar point for a home campground for the summer.
