Received oil yesterday September 8 and was very happy. The delivery guy was great and left me the total gallons and the amount that was to be charged to my CC Apparently when I looked at my CC charge it was $286.00 more than the charge on the bill. When I called and talked to Lori one of the owners I was yelled at and told never call them again and that they charged the correct amount and I owe them an apology so I sent her a CC picture with the $750.00 that was charged by them to my credit card instead of $465.75. After talking to the credit card twice I was advised that they charged my card for $750.00 instead of 465.75 and now Chase will dispute the overcharged amount since they showing one amount on the receipt and charged the card for a different amount I had never seen it done before but representatives at Chase Bank told me that's exactly what they did So sad to to know that companies like this still exist. In response to the owners message I spoke to them twice My phone can prove it you will be charged if somebody does something to me because you displayed my name my address and my phone number and called me names. I will call my attorney tomorrow I have a copy of my statement showing that you charged $750 which I emailed you a copy of the statement showing the incorrect charge and after I posted the review the change was made. I only could see what My credit card showed me I don't owe Chase Bank. Chase Bank showed me a charge of $750 and then 3 days later it was replaced with the correct charge As far as using different oil companies the truth is I have used two companies in the last 12 years. Please read customers reviews on BBB page about the company and the lowest reviews on the reviews page. It will tell you everything you need to know about this company According to BBB customers had problems with them before. I wonder why. I know folks are stressing with energy costs. I've bought oil from the Miners for many years now . Rob, the owner generally brings it . This is a family business and Im confident Rob is keeping his prices as low as possible. If im not home for the delivery, I leave him a blank check for the fill up. I don't feel the need to " shop " for heating oil.

Our tank ran out a few days after we moved into a new house. Even though we were brand new customers and it was a Friday late afternoon, and they said they weren't sure they could get to us that day, they came and filled our tank. Both office staff and driver were friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. Thank you!

I don’t know where that “ Discount Fuel “ part is, in December I paid $453.00 for 167 gallons and yesterday 5/6/2022) I paid $932.00 for 160 gallons. Definitely I need to change for a different Oil Provider.
