3 stars means "It's Ok" according to Google Maps. My room was ok, the bathroom below average and the self-service breakfast was not worth mentioning.

Great facility; one of the best I've stayed in. Excellent setting, nice appearance and well refurbished rooms; reasonably priced. Walking distance to a great local grocery store (Sauters Market), convenient store, hardware store and Rite Aid. Close to highway 23 and main arterial roads.

Positive: Clean rooms. Nice beds. Negative: I placed a do not disturb sign on my door to make up for the needed rest that I did not get at the last motel. I took it off on Sunday and my room did not get cleaned or towels replaced. I was out of the room from 9:45 am - 3:00 pm.
