Our lawyer recommended this agency because I needed to send an important immigration document to Guatemala. I was told the document was going to leave the US on Sunday with the courier and be in Guatemala on Tuesday. Well, a copy of the original arrived to Guatemala on that Thursday. The courier decided it was ok to stay in another city of the US. Open a closed packet and scan the document, then send it to Guatemala. When the original was needed. In what right mine would anyone do that? Neither less to say the original document got to Guatemala 12 days after the copy. The worst is that it seems no one could give me an accurate explanation of why and where the actual document was at the time. This was a very stressful and frustrated situation.
