I'm not sure what the appeal is here. It's closeouts and stuff that didn't sell elsewhere. The prices aren't bad, but it's definitely buyer beware. I bought: --solid oak doorjambs, $20 each. They were 5" wide, so I had to trim them down. Not a big deal. What I didn't realize was that they were for 24" wide doorframes. Didn't work for my doors. I had to piece together the top from some other oak boards I had lying around. --single-bowl stainless steel sink with integrated washboard, $35. Great price, but the gauge (not on the box and they couldn't tell me) is not great. It's pretty thin. --ceiling fans, $65 each. Not much cheaper than the big box stores, and a nightmare for my electrician to install. The labor cost cancelled out the (minimal) cost savings. Screw heads stripped out under normal pressure and the shade was plastic, not glass. Cheap, cheap, cheap. They do seem to have decent prices on cabinets. Maybe you'll get lucky, but for me it won't be worth it to make the drive again.

Whenever I have a home project, I always check Building 9 before I go anywhere else. They've never let me down. So far I've been able to find the perfect cabinet system for our laundry room as well as a beautiful french door entrance to our finished basement. The quality is top notch and the prices are always lower than the big box stores. Justin and the rest of the staff are down to earth, friendly and attentive and they've always been really knowledgeable about everything they have in stock and what they're able to get. It's a great place to walk around in and get ideas, too. All kinds of good stuff. Glad I found them.

Not where it use to be further away n prices were ok ...But you had ALOT MORE THINGS AT YOUR OTHER LOCATION THINGS YOU COULDN'T FIND FOR OLDER STYLE HOMES ANYMORE THE LITTLE DIAMONDS IN THE ROUGH SO TO SPEAK WHEN COULDNT GET IT SOMEWHERE …
