Dolores, working in the office, is attentive to our needs and kind. I love the new management who has increased the quantity and quality of communication, property amenities and maintenance. The all-season, all-weather pool pays for itself and is the only one of its kind in our region. My kids love it!! My building is quiet and clean. I love the soft close doors in the hallways, the USB outlets in the apartments, the granite, the large double panel bedroom doors. Linda and her team have really impressed me and I’m glad I’m here. UPDATE THIS IS ALL TRUE HOWEVER THEY WERE JUST BOUGHT OUT BY A LARGE PRIVATE COMPANY WHO IS seemingly ILLEGALLY NOT renewing my friend’s lease. She is quiet, has been there since it was built AND PAYS ON TIME. However, as seems to be the trend, she is an income based renter and is getting the boot for no reason. I will help her and she has a legal team. I am sooo sick to my stomach. So I guess if you pay market price, you’re fine.

The Management is all over the place and does not consistently administer the community rules. The pool is regularly open and closed during the week with no notice or reason given. Do not move in here; it’s expensive and at times unsafe (empty first aid kits and missing AED’s).

I cant say enough good things about my experience. Marina, the Asst Property Mgr was such a pleasure to work with. She was so accommodating and responsive. Linda and Belinda were also so pleasant and professional. Top notch property team and the campus of the Woodlands is gorgeous. The units are so clean and modern. Very happy with my experience!
