Just saw the video of officer Rodriguez #33 aggressively attempting to violate a man's 1st Amendment rights, misquoting loitering and obstruction laws, refusing to identify, and being generally insulting and condescending to the public. Disgraceful, this department needs training.

File a FOIA application. State why you want to see it. Understand why it is not out there for public view, on demand: Can you imagine living next to a nut case and they were permitted to see you called on them, then they could do an O.J. on you.
