The reviews are accurate. I would stay again but I would look elsewhere first. Apparently the pool has been under construction for at least a year so take that for what it is. We were traveling for work so we weren’t looking for a swim. The lobby is the nicest part of the building. They have a lot of loose ends to finish their renovations, but the down side to my whole experience is the loose and the details they overlook. Not bad for a room under $70 a night but my bed was way too firm. If it has wallpaper, it’s stained, tearing and patched. If it’s metal, it’s broken/bent and rusting. Cobwebs along the ceiling. Water stains and mystery stains in very odd places. Trash and cigarette butts on the floor under the bed. The TV only gets about half the channels and is ridiculously slow to respond. Whatever service they use, they should just save the money and put an antenna up. Breakfast was disappointing. Lots of empty counter space. One couple had to get the guy at the front counter to put more coffee out, he said it would take 10 minutes. They left. I had a handicap room with the strobe doorbell… my roommate tried it and it did not work. Luckily I’m not deaf. I did enjoy the shower. Very hot and lots of pressure. The towels are not the greatest at absorbing water but we’re soft and clean.

Did not have much time to do much because work. I stay at so many choice locations. Get close to Cleveland and other places i have to work. This was one of the best service provided to me. Got great sleep. Theres another hotel i stayed very similar. It had a mini golf and a big kids play area. I thought i was booked at the same place. I don't think it was or this would be funny. It was a nightmare. The service people were so rude and needed better work training. In comparison this place was so helpful and professional. Wish every place had and gave that service.

While driving up to the hotel snow and ice covered the floor. I wish someone shoveled and salted the floors. The front lobby looked like renovations were happening but still unpleasant to the eyes. The room doors had paper numbers tapped and it looked unappealing. The room decor was nice until I saw a spider web above my bed. The curtains did not draw close. The bathroom had rusty appliances.

The worst experience. First I couldn't get in the room it took 5 different keys to try to get in. I then get inside the room and am greeted to tiny hairs on the toilet and weird red stains around the room. Unsettling and in addition to all of this they have no snow plow man. So in the middle of a snow storm they have no shovels, no salt, and no snow plow. I should've left when I saw the room numbers were printed out on 8x11 paper
