I had never been to DXL prior to last Saturday. I had only made one purchase online. I called ahead to see if a particular item was in stock. I spoke with Anthony (#044654) who was helpful and responsive, and held the item for me. When I arrived at the store, Anthony assisted me. He was helpful, knowledgeable, understanding of my needs and friendly. I will come back again to DXL.
