I decided to junk my car rather than replace a timing chain for more than $1200. Though there was a delay in picking up the car (a day later than scheduled plus few hours later the second day), the driver was courteous and the agreed-upon price paid on the spot. I was surprised when my already low to the ground 2000 Honda Civic EX was hoisted behind the flatbed - a truck being towed at the same time was already on top of the flatbed. The car bottomed out on the way out of the graded parking lot because the front was hoisted pretty high up. I can only imagine sparks flying when it hits any bumps on the road on the way to the junkyard. If the rear and bottom weren't junk before, they probably are now. The delay, and the manner of towing is the reason for only 3 stars. Had the tow been on schedule and the vehicle been the only one being towed, the rating would have been higher because the driver was so courteous.

Called to make sure the door was available , they sent the picture of the door as I was coming out of state 3 1/2 hours away to Pick up the door. I asked them several times if the door was in condition and they said yes. I asked them to have the door ready by the time I got there and they said ok. When I got there at 8am nobody was even there. The car was still on the rack And the door was never taken off. When I saw the door, it did not look like anything in the picture. The door looked worser then the one that I was replacing. It was mangled and destroyed . The owner of the place did not even apologize. This business should not be trusted !!! Do not buy anything from them.

Too expensive. They sure have lots of car parts but they sale items like they are new with warranty.
