We had a temporary problem with mail addressed to my company not being properly delivered . Reina, the supervisor, addressed the issue promptly and we have since had zero issues with delivery. I was pleasantly surprised with her follow through and her assistance was greatly appreciated.

Will not hold packages when asked or says package is being hold when it's really on a truck. Newest problem. Did you know that our post office has an internet based phone. No internet equals no phone. How does a "federal" building only have phones over Wi-Fi? Tell me how that makes sense.

If I could give less than 1 star I would!! Our mail carrier is rude and disrespectful she(Claire) refuses to deliver our mail if there is a car even near my mailbox her reason is that it’s to dangerous for her to get out of truck to put mail in mailbox. But it’s not dangerous for her to get out of truck to deliver across the street! (Keep in mind that Claire DOES NOT have to pull out in traffic to continue delivering mail) Claire left a note saying that she would not deliver our mail if our mailbox was blocked, please note that I am considered Elderly and get my medicine via USPS. Also our animals oftentimes get their medication via USPS! In conclusion, It appears that our mail carriers in North Kingstown are rude, lazy and disrespectful towards anyone that appears somewhat different!!!
