NEVER rent from this dishonest manager! Water from a brief rain poured into our truck when I moved my disabled sister back to Kansas, and we arrived to a soaked floor with wet mattress and everything else on the bottom layer. When it was unloaded we saw a gaping hole where light was coming in, and we showed that to the two young men who checked us in. They could see the light coming through the hole even without closing the rear door, apologized for it, and gave us information on how to file a claim. We followed all of the claim procedures, only to find out it was being denied because THE LOCAL MANAGER said it passed "his waterproof test" before he sent it out again. When we went to the store, where the two young men were, he conferred with them and STILL refused to make it right - using the excuse that I needed to contact the U-Haul I rented from in Reno, not him. He also told me that the company hadn't reported any other problems with the truck - IT HADN'T RAINED YET! This was not just negligence, but intentional deceit.
