A quaint little space in the middle of small "town". Decent sand park, small parking lot. Good walk around the lake.

The grass sucks here for any sort of yard game or playing in the grass. It is pokey and it hurts bare feet. The lake is pretty and there is a good play ground and volleyball court.

Yes. Boats without gas engines are allowed. There is a small boat ramp as well.
Yes, it is a public park managed by the city of Bel Aire. A Kansas fishing license is required. It has largemouth bass, crappie, sunfish, and carp. Not sure about catfish.
