Was in town visiting my parents for the week and my experience far exceeded my expectations after purchasing a week pass. SHF is a great place to come in, put your head down, and get your workout in. There also seemed to be a large number of experienced trainers working attentively with their clients. If you're an experienced lifter or a beginner it's a great place to invest your time and money into.

Yes it is. Youth 12-15 must be accompanied by a guardian and 16 and up can train on their own.
