Been here for a year and a half . This place is absolutely amazing. They have great amenities, plenty of parking, very quiet, great neighbors, and amazing office staff, especially Jan who has been a tremendous help since the day I came to tour the apartments. No complaints at all!

Belmont Crossing has an excellent staff. Enjoy staying here.. very peaceful environment. Tracy, Tracy, Jamal, Jan... and the maintenance crew... are all excellent would change them for many thing. I love how they know all of there resident.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! the staff in the office is VERY rude with the exception of MS. Jan. the walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything your neighbor does even when they shower. They advertise a gym that has just reopened after 7 months of being closed with no explanation and there is a sauna hidden in there that does not work. the basketball court and tennis court is there for décor because it is never open and not in any condition to be used. the pool only goes to 3ft and they harass children they see out there without a pool band even though they didn't have enough bands to accommodate everyone. this Neighborhood is pet friendly so be on the look out for large piles of dog feces in the grass. appliances are outdated, my stove went out every other day, yet they still would not replace it. they take forever to fix things and when they do its started and finished the next day. lets not forget the lack of pest control. I have lived here a year and have never seen the spray for bugs, which brings me to the bugs ( roaches, ants) I have to combat on my own from neighboring apartments. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE live here especially if you have kids. the water Temp is either too hot for the hot water and the cold water is warm and your electric bill will be high due to the poor ventilation in the apartment. please read the previous reviews because they are all telling the truth! also my vehicle was damaged with paint and no one ever called to try and solve the issue, they kept saying the property manager was out of town for 2 months

Hi there, our income requirement is that you must make 3.2 times the rental amount. If you need to obtain a co-signer, the co-signer must make 5.0 times the rental amount and have a favorable (good) credit history. Student discounts consist of a waived application fee (for the student only and must show proof) and waived deposit (initial deposit in the amount of $100). Any deposits in addition to the initial deposit will not be waived. A $100 reservation fee will still be applicable. Hope that helps! :)
