Both Winston-Salem locations are gross. Just dirty. I stopped going to the other one because how dirty the lobby is. Visited this one today and while waiting 10 minutes for a very wet quesadilla and very dry, not measured smoothies, I noticed lots of opportunities for cleaning and it makes me wonder how clean it is in the prep spaces. My smoothie was also made wrong and had to be redone. The new one was thick and undrinkable. That too took an additional 5 minutes and we had to go back and ask for it. Very much done with TSC, thankfully there is a local smoothie bar I can spend money at moving forward.

I go to tropical smoothie about every weekend, I tried this location for the first time a couple hours ago and hands down the absolute worst tropical smoothie I’ve ever been to in my life, who I assume is the manager (older lady) was literally cussing customers who were in the drive thru line in front of my little brother and I all because they were saying “hello?” Since nobody was assisting them, thats not all, when we first got there to pick up our online order they had the doors closed at 8:40pm they close at 9pm after they finally let us in, that same lady and other girl employee for some reason were laughing at us behind our back and being incredibly disrespectful, even after all that I kept my cool waiting on my order that should’ve been ready and exited the store. I never complain but I am a manager myself in retail and if this store keeps up with the bad management it will go downhill very fast.

Hands down the SLOWEST food stop in Forsyth County. Ten minute wait *minimum* on a single smoothie order. How/Why does a smoothie place only have 2 blenders running? Can’t recommend if you have a timed lunch break. Smoothies are tasty though.

Well let's start by it was only one car in front of me and I waited in line for 25 minutes to get a smoothie. I believe the young lady was making one order at a time even though it was other staff members in the store. I also like to point out when I got to the window the young lady walked away from the window to have a conversation with someone else and go through a box. Note this is not the first time I have had this problem at this establishment with taking too long to make a order. I understand that everyone is under staff, but let's be courteous we are taking the time to spend money to keep your company afloat.
