The volunteers and workers are very nice. The place is clean. They serve meals outside.

The website is the best, Just look to see if your on the Newburgh website, do too that there's other salvation army's in the surrounding areas, & they run alittle different than all.

Im not what "kettle" work is, but im assuming you mean soup kitchen ? If so then yes salvation army has a soup kicthen service for breakfast and dinner monday-friday. They are always looking for volunteers.
