Absolute worst CVS ever!!!! Asked if they could fill a prescription for my daughter since she is visiting family in the area. Person picked up asked for her DOB and said yes we could fill it after 3pm was absolutely okay with that. Then at 4:30 called to check to see if it was done they said they didn’t even have the medicine and we would have to wait until the next day… customer service at an all time low.. people answering the phone rude just horrible..

If I could rate zero I would .. My Spanish speaking father in law and wife were treated rudely and disrespectful by pharmacy cashier on 06/02/22. I understand that language can be an issue but my in laws have been going to this pharmacy for years and have never had issues till now . The only way we found out about this was via a phone call /text of a friend who was actually there at the time my in laws were being discriminated and rudely treated. If this person was able to notice the mistreatment I just imagine how my in laws felt at the moment . This is not how people should be treated . Comments by cashier we’re said such as “ Well if they don’t understand what I’m saying that’s their fault “ “if they don’t get there medicine ohh well”. This is unacceptable and I will be calling cooperate at this location . I’m not one to complain and be looking to get one in trouble , but that area is a growing Hispanic Spanish speaking area and if my laws tried speaking some English and were treated this way I can just imagine how others are treated . My in laws will no longer be giving their bussiness to this store .

Script called in from Aberdeen urgent care prior to 10 am opening. Arrived at 1035 am and Script was not pulled off computer. Told it would be 35 minutes so I went ot to wait. Then we get a call that they didn't have the medicines in stock. Asked which CVS they could transfer to and was told they were not from this area so they didn't know. Had to locate another store ourselves and assure we could be serviced. Could have been advised earlier if they had checked their computer before I arrived.

Easily the worst CVS, and the worst pharmacy altogether, that I have ever had to deal with. They close before stated times, and at this very moment, I've been on hold for over 25 minutes without even speaking to anyone. Their customer service is beyond atrocious, from their horribly rude tone and attitude, to their inability to even do something so simple as transfer in a prescription. My refills for BP meds were due today, have not been filled as scheduled, and I was just informed that they will not be able to fill them by the end of the day today, even though it's 4:15 and they close at 9. They cannot fill my blood pressure meds in the next nearly 5 hours. Totally unacceptable.
