THIS IS LONG BUT WORTH YOUR TIME TO READ I never thought I'd give a car dealership 5 stars. We purchased a 2018 RAM from these folks about 2 months ago. From the first contact with Jackson, our amazing sales representative, it was a pleasant experience. I've never met a salesman who knew so much about his product. He is well acquainted with the performance and features of the trucks. The price was fair and we didn't feel like we were being hustled. There were a couple of issues with the truck - cracked taillight lens and a light out - which they took care of with no question and it was done when we picked it up. They got really good financing for us as well. We needed a towing brake for the truck that they did not have in stock, and the service manager Lance worked with us to find one at another dealer and get it installed so we could make our camping trip! While it was being installed, my husband got to meet and talk with Wally himself who is really nice and concerned about his customers. About a month later we encountered a problem with the touch screen in the truck. Not a warranty item, but a bit of internet research showed it was a known issue with this year vehicle. We wound up contacting Wally, who turned us over to one of his people who tried really hard to get Chrysler to cover it and when that failed they gave us a great deal on a replacement with a warranty. Lance and his crew got that installed for us as well. If we are in the area, we always stop in to say "Hi". They are really friendly folks and truly treat their customers like family. I totally recommend this dealership and I would expect that all the "Wally's" are similar.

I wouldn't think they would have anything at that lot for that price, they usually have cars 2014 or newer at that lot
