I went in two hours before they closed. The lady refused to put another coat on my nail after I told her a couple of times my nails weren’t that shiny. She said I already washed my hands so I couldn’t do it. I’m shocked because I go here all the time and they’re always nice. So I paid $75 and had to put an extra coat on at home

First time there for eyebrows and upper lip was and she burn me, I told her several times that the wax was too hot but she kept doing it and apologizing at the same time and I told her I wanted my eyebrows square and she did them round and one thiner than the other..never going back there.
