The teller was extremly rude. And confrontational. Would not cash my check with all credentials needed and it being drawn from this bank. I have my car loan through this bank as well. But because I am not a customer they would not cash the check. I felt bullied into making a checking account I do not need or want.

I just recently had the pleasure of dealing with Katie B. Sorry can't remember her last name but it was hyphenated last name. She is very friendly, and accommodating. She went above and beyond to help me. I want to make sure she's recognized for that. Dealing with what she had to deal with, she still remained calm and professional. She got the job done.
