Small Town Store, Harboring A Cashier Mng that Talks Way To Much, Mostly False Gossip on Those Coming 2 Shop, Esp When Spending On A Norm $200 or More. Besides on A Christmas Eve Not Allowing A Customer That Had Only Taken One Foot Each Out The Door 2 Immediately Re-Enter & Get The Tape She Accidentally Had Forgot but Even When Stating She Could See just Behind The Cash Line & Their Was Still 6-7 Others in Line to Check Out; This Woman or Should I Say Scrooge Due 2 Having NO EMPATHY AT ALL 4 THIS CUSTOMER WHO SHE COULD EASILY SEE WAS ALSO SUFFERING FROM A TYPE OF SEVERE COLD, WAS ILL STATING , Y RUNNING LATE; SAID: "WE R CLOSED" TELLING THE WORKER STILL HAVING THE DOOR OPEN DUE TO CUSTOMER BARELY EXITING WHEN REMEMBERED, 2 CLOSE THE DOOR. THE CUSTOMER ASK: PLEASE IT IS JUST AT THE END OF THE LINE & NOT BEING ABLE TO CONTROL IT, NO DOUBT ALSO DUE TO BEING ILL BEGAN TO CRY, STATING I NEED THE TAPE TO WRAP THE GIFTS 4 MY G/CHILDREN, THIS CASHIER MNG, DEFINITELY NEAR 50YRS OLD HERSELF; BEGAN LAUGHING WHILE AGAIN STATING: WE R CLOSED & TOLD THE YOUNG MAN AGAIN TO CLOSE TGE DOOR, WHICH HE FELT SOO BAD BOWED HIS HEAD AS GE CLOSED IT. INCREDIBLY, SHE IS STILL THEIR; THE ASSISTANT MNG FEELING, IT NOT BEING FIRED WORTHY, ALLOWS THIS WOMAN NOW TO SLANDER WHEN SPREADING FALSE GOSSIP ON THE CUSTOMER. BESIDES HUMILIATING & LYING ON THIS FAITHFUL CUSTOMER WHO SHOULD HAVE REPORTED THIS TO THE REGIONAL OFFICE, I HAVE NOT HAD OR HEARD ANY OTHER COMPLAINTS, EXCEPT FOR AS ALL STORES NOW RUNNING LOW & OUT OF SUPPLIES; IT IS A VERY CLEAN & COINVIENT STORE TO SHOP IN. TRULY HARD TO HEAR SOMEONE BEING THAT CRUEL ON CHRISTMAS EVE, A TIME WHEN GOOD WILL TO ALL IS SUPPOSE TO HAPPEN MORE THAN ANY OTHER TIME OF YEAR! 🙄🤔🥺

Great location but almost hidden I almost passed it up. I live in Arizona and came for a visit the people were very nice in that store. Customer service means a lot to me because a lot of places have lost that I did not feel like that place lost it at all thank you so much for such a wonderful visit

Food lion is cheaper to shop at then Acme, Giant, Safeway but the selection is no where near as good as the other stores I named above. So with that said 3 stars for food lion
