Applebee's has been here a while...they use to be clean and comfortable place to visit....now they have the same shopping cart full of trash right>in >the parking lot and assorted garbage, trash..beer bottles and bicycle tires right in their parking lot for months that they never bother to throw away.. you would think their customers would be smart enough to realize if they are that dirty and useless right in the public eye...what do you think gives them better and cleaner more concienable practices in area we cannot see idk like THE KITCHEN!..WHO Wants TO HAVE A MEAL AND LOOK OUT THE Window AT garbage they are too lazy to get rid of?? Not me.

So they call it a " Neighborhood Bar and Grill". For 12:45 pm lunch, the place was pretty empty. It took a while for someone to notice and seat us. The poor hostess was also the bar tender and waitress. My wife Crunella ordered a Bloody Mary and was told they were out of BM mix. I ordered a Tom Collins and was asked what goes in it. Really? My sister ordered a glass of wine. The chicken sandwich my sister ordered was missing the sauce. My cheese burger was underwhelming and small. One small ketchup cup and three mustard packets for the three of us. Waitress forgot to bring the diet Pepsi and had to be reminded. I have noticed many of the Applebee's going downhill. Looks like they will be the next chain restaurant to fold. Apparently the reviews are ignored. We will not be back - ever. So many better options available. Most fast food joints would have been an improvement. $68.00 wasted on a sub par lunch. Go anywhere but Applebee's.

Okay location. The bartender is very professional, accurate and friendly. She knows how to make guests feel at home. I wish I asked her name.
