The food is always decent here I love their medium sauce for chicken fingers The thing is the portions are smaller than they were 2 years ago and the prices are higher but I guess that goes for any place since covid 19 has hit the scene

I would like to rescind my previous review 2 months ago. We ordered again today and subs were up to usual high standards. Fresh,meaty and delicious. Last time must have been a fluke. They also gave us the fifteen dollar credit and used coupon. Thank you.

After moving back to Kenmore after years, I was so looking forward to a great Mike’s sub. Ordered online the Family 4 sub pack. For pickup. VERY disappointed. 2 Stingers, 1 Philly Cheese Steak, 1 Royal & 1 mozzarella sticks. Had to wait an extra 10 minutes (not a big deal) only to get lukewarm/cold subs and cold, dried up stick & zero cheese on half of the Philly. Such a bummer used to be my favorite sub shop.

Very disappointed. I have always enjoyed a Mike's sub but because of COVID I have not ordered for awhile until today. It was terrible. I ordered a spice loaf with double oil. There was 3 slices of meat in the middle of the sub and one …Hey Sharon! I’m so sorry to hear you weren’t able to enjoy your spice loaf sub!! That is totally not the normal for us here, usually when you order double oil it should be dripping in oil! And your spice loaf sub should of had a lot more meat on there!! Did you contact the store by chance so we could remake it for you?? If not I would be more than happy to credit you if you could message us your phone number so the next spice loaf sub can be on us and we can prove that is totally not the normal and must of been a total mistake on our part.
