Stay away from this place. The office staff are very incompetent. My son has ADHD and has had a few video conferences with Dr. Casanova because they are still not doing in person visits. The doctor has prescribed medication for him and her office can not call the prescription into the correct pharmacy, and when they do it’s been the wrong prescription. Dr. Casanova’s medical assistant one day called in the prescription to the wrong pharmacy and my wife left a message to leave it this time because we needed our sons medication, but next time it needs to be called in to the correct pharmacy. When we got to the wrong pharmacy we could not get it because the medical assistant had already canceled the prescription at this pharmacy. Needless to say we went 3 additional days without his medication, because the medical assistant called in the wrong prescription to the right pharmacy. My wife requested a paper prescription, and the medical assistant lied to my wife and said that our pharmacy doesn’t accept paper scripts, but little did she know my wife was at the correct pharmacy and they in fact do accept paper scripts. We are now going to find a new doctor because a family emergency came up after this office was closed on Friday, so on Monday we called to reschedule our sons appointment and they will not reschedule without charging us a cancelation fee of $75.00 because we couldn’t give a 24 hour notice due to their office being closed. I am thinking about seeking legal action to see if calling a wrong script in is medical mal practice. And last but not least, when my wife requests a call back from Dr. Casanova, she never gets one, weather the office doesn’t give her the message or the Doctor doesn’t care.

Most rude unprofessional facility!! To hang up on a parent who is expressing their child is behaving of self harm. To continue to have no regard and kick my son out of the facility for an appointment we were clearly on TIME to and had trouble logging in, took almost 20 MINUTES to get to this rude representative who just continued to repeat herself instead of getting me a supervisor like I REQUESTED for her rude behavior. She’s so lucky I didn’t catch her name, this place needs to be SHUT DOWN. The service isn’t even up to the standards they promote! If I could give ZERO stars I would!!

We’ve been with this office for going on 3 years, over the last year we have had such a hard time scheduling or getting through to the office. It’s so sad because we LOVE our doctor, but I’m not sure how much longer we can keep on dealing with these regular scheduling issues & lack of communication. The office staff is extremely hit or miss with attitude, some of the people there are so positive and caring.. and others are clearly miserable! We hope they can get this situated before we are forced to seek services somewhere else.

This place is a joke, they use you as a Guinea pig and when you complain they stop answering your calls or questions! Horrible facilities, please look elsewhere!
