A place we try to attend every year.

Dutchess County Fair, one of the best. Shows, rides, food and animals. Just what you would expect in a county fair.

Very beautiful!

Fun, fun, and more fun. Great food, rides, games, and great merchandise for sale. Wasn't too crowded being that we went on a Wednesday. I've heard that it gets packed on the weekend.

The Festival is run by a *very* small group of volunteers that have responsibilities and jobs in their other lives. Please consider volunteering your time.
9-5 Sat, 9-4 Sun. Always the 3rd full weekend in Oct. 10/20 and 10/21 in 2018
You can get tickets at the gate.
Yes, but they're cheaper online
300+ Juried Vendors at Sheep & Wool Festival in Rhinebeck NY
It's probably on the website. Try Duchess County Fairgrounds and then NY Sheep and Wool. ETA: Also...in case it isn't on the website yet, NY Sheep & Wool is always the third weekend in October
Service dogs, YES...Comfort pets, NO. All service dogs must wear the appropriate vest. No pets are allowed on the property. I am handicapped but don't have any issues navigating thru the fairgrounds.
$12 per adult at gate. Children are free. If you purchase tix online "in advance" of that weekend, tix are $9.00 per adult plus $1.50 convenience fee...or $10.50. There is a discount coupon online as well for $3.00 savings. For the life of me, I couldn't find it. However, someone with multiple coupons gave us 2 as we were walking to the gates...so I know they exist.
Online, whenever they're posted... it's better than at the grounds.
They usually have them at the site. They also have bags too.
I believe the only people allowed to camp are the venders.
Around 12 dollars
