We really liked that they are open till late night. The guy making the order was very helpful in selection and is a very friendly person. Absolutely loved their Sundaes. Definitely a frequent visit spot!

We has a less than enjoyable experience last weekend at our local Friendly's. It was unfortunate and to be honestly not entirely the staffs fault. They were clearly understaffed, though while not even being overly busy it still took us almost 10 minutes of waiting by the door to.be seated. We then were waited on/ served drinkgs and apps quickly. Which was nice, kudos. At that point we proceeded to wait over an hour watching people seated after us served and some even left before we had received our main coarse. After waiting a generous amount of time we contacted our waitress who was basically waiting the entire building herself. We had asked what was taking so long and when she returned to tell us our food would be out soon it was clear the order was never submitted in the kitchen properly. We did receive a 15% discount but an almost 2 hour total experience and little satisfaction just seemed excessive.

Terrible service. Ordered a SPECIFIC jim dandy. Took almost a half hr to get it, only to send it back because i told her no nuts. Another 10 min wait. Went there last night and it will be the last time,waited 15 minutes to be seated,kept getting told someone will be with you shortly. After finally getting seated it was another 10 minutes till the waitress came and got our order.
