The staff and front desk are amazing. Can't wait to meet my Dr.

Let's start with the positive: - The building is brand new, clean, and has plenty of space. In fact, it is a beautiful building with a LOT of rooms... Rooms and more rooms, and you wonder at first why so many rooms and how they can afford them. The answer is coming, stay tuned! - The staff is very pleasant and friendly. Again, I was wondering how they could have 5 front staff and how they can afford it. The answer is coming, stay tuned! Now, I was surprised that the exam was conducted by an assistant, not the doctor themselves... The first time that an exam is not conducted by the doctor, but okay... The doctor was friendly, but like any medical practice nowadays, it was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The exam went well and no complaints overall. The surprise comes at the end... They do not take vision plans but only medical insurance... But no one tells you that until then... So you will pay your specialist rate on your medical insurance instead of your yearly eye exam covered under your vision plan. Some would call it a rip-off and this explains when they can afford all these staff members and brand new building. In the end, the visit cost 4 times what my vision plan covers... And of course, I was given a refraction exam (another $50) without an option to refuse it... So be aware: While the staff is very friendly and the building inviting, it will come at a price. Do yourself a favor and go find yourself an eye doctor under your vision plan, you will thank me. I won't return to this location for sure for my future needs. Had I been told it would be under "medical" and not "vision," I would have never gone there to start with.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE -My first time at the DelPrado location was the best experience ever for my annual eye exam everyone I interacted with was pleasant and knowledgeable. Best of all was the fact that all the test were done from my wheelchair I had avoided the eye Dr because of having to transfer into the fixed seats but thankfully Quigley has built a modern up to code facility. I won't dread coming back next year!

Was seen at Quigley for eye exam but sent to optometrist Dr.Witherington for contact lenses exam. This was the WORST experience I have ever had with a contact lense exam. Had to return to the office 7 times because he could not seem to "get it right" and would not give me my prescription. When he "thought" he had it right, he gave me a script. I filled it online and the prescript was all wrong. Wasted $190 dollars on contact lenses that were incorrect! A friend of mine also had her eyeglass script filled with some other patient's lenses. Strongly discourage using this guy!

I would go ahead and make a call to us on Monday to be seen next week to have your eyes dilated, and to examine the retina. "Floaters" are a normal occurrence but if the symptoms are new, need a retinal exam to make sure the retina is intact, no retinal tear or detachment is occurring.
Hi Alan. Please call customer service at 855-734-2020 to make sure we provide the proper fax number to route your documents. Thank you.
Hello, we accept most medical insurance. Would you like us to schedule an appointment for you?
Our doctors are scheduled based on need at different office. Please give us a ring so we can help you schedule with the doctor that you are looking to connect with. Thanks for your time and have a great day.
Gerald, thank you for taking the time to write us. We would prefer that you contact the office directly to discuss. Dr. Quigley's schedule periodically changes and if we post it on the internet people may think that his schedule never changes. Thanks again and we hope to hear from you soon.
