Dr Snead did a great job on my surgery but their office lady Heather is another problem. Her word or promise goes as far as her cup of coffee with no bottom holds. She has been going issues a check to me since June 27,2022 and today is August 10,2022 and doesn't answer my phone calls and no check either.

My husband has been seeing Dr.Decamino for years now. When he went to Snead Eye Group my husband switched there also. The office staff has always been friendly and takes times to listen. Just recently my husband glasses broke first thing on Monday morning he walked in and ordered new one. 4 days later we get a call they are ready. We are very pleased with this office. We always feel welcome. The second you walk in your greeted. Straight forward with pricing we never had any problems. Good Job and see you guys soon.

HELLO , I CANT SAY ANYTHING NICER FROM THE SURGERY CENTER BUT NOT FROM THE OFFICE IN NAPES ,THE FOUR TIME I BEEN THERE THE WAIT IS FOR EVER , THE ASSISTANTS PICK AND CHOOSE WHAT PT THE ARE GOING TO CALL NEXT I SAW IT MY SELF , JENNY PUTS THE SING IN SHEET ACCORDING TO THE WAY THE SIGN THE ORDER THE SHOW UP AND APT TIME OF COURSE AND THE DO WHAT THE WANT I HAD AND APT FOR 8:20 AM AND LIKE 18 PATS WENT BEFORE ME I WOULD NOT GO BACK THERE , JENNY DOES HER WORK AND CAROL
