I want to thank Dave Bullock for providing a high standard, well equipped facility and an exceptional staff. The tone of the work culture set by Dave Bullock, owner of the Physical Therapy and Pain Management Center, is reflected at all levels of his employees. I have been a client during two separate time periods at the White Oak location and the service and therapy are outstanding. Cynthia McLeod, Administrative Director, is the epitome of first class management. She was extremely effective in addressing an office issue by showing professionalism, respect, and adeptness of leadership skills. Nick Poulus, PTA, has been extremely patient, supportive, and encouraging while assisting me with therapy to improve my mobilization. Conrad Yanguba, Patient Care Coordinator, maintains a placid personality while calmly managing the tasks of coordinating activities and records of the center and front desk staff. The initial contact by clients is a warm greeting by the front desk staff and later by therapy staff. What a wonderful world this would be if all providers of service to the public followed the Physical Therapy and Pain Management Center model! N. Wilson

I am giving one star due to the horrible customer service that I received from the administrative director, Cynthia McLoud. She was very and I can't stress this enough, VERY rude when she called me and yelled over me the entire conversation which should have been a very simple conversation might I add. She also flat refused to talk to the auto insurance adjuster working my claim to obtain the information she needed. She then deleted all of my appointments for the next month and half and no one has gotten back to me about the status of my billing. I still have no clue if the billing issue has been resolved. I've since taken my business elsewhere where they had no issue billing the services correctly. The physical therapists themselves are great but it is simpply not worth it if they have people like Cynthia speaking to customers about payments and billing. -Desola

I was given so many exercises by the doctor but It wasn't helping me out so I had to call to get an appointment to see the doctor again but the reception promised to call me back after 15 min. but she didn't get back to me even after 15 days because of that the due for the insurance got expired for this year. This is unprofessional. After the above post, I continued my physical therapy as new and finished my visit even though there is an improvement in my healing it was too slow meaning I am done with my routine without healing.

From Silver Spring take the Ride-on Bus #22. For more complete directions go to wmata.com - put in your home street address (no city or state) and then put in "11120 New Hampshire Ave" as the destination.

I don't know the answer to that question, but they DO have an anti-gravity treadmill that they can adjust to put as little stress on your lower body as necessary.
