Youfit Gainesville Is nothing short of an organized theft ring. My wife a public educator in Alachua County was a member of this gym for over a year, canceled said membership and has continued to be charged for over a year. Every time management at the gym is contacted they say the same thing "we can’t help you we have to talk to corporate in corporate doesn’t listen to us or care ". I took the time to reach out to the corporate office when I was told that someone would contact us within 24 hours. That was over a week ago and the only thing that has happened in that timeframe is that she has been charged again. It’s not so much the money at this point as it is The smug attitude and the lack of caring. I will be posting a Facebook link to help anyone else who is having a problem with these scam artist. As well as I encourage anyone who has experienced the same result with this company......

Worst billing experience I have ever dealt with. The annual fee has basically made it so I will have to struggle financially for the next month. I recommend finding a better gym that won't do something like this.
