Literally the poorest customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’m new to the area and this is the second time I’ve visited this location. I did not get greeted once either times. The girls working had a stand off attitude and did not make me feel welcomed. This second visit I just made I was prepared to spend 100’s of dollars as I need new dress clothes. I had an arm full of clothes picked out and no one said one word to me or offered assistance as I continued to look. Eventually when I walked up to the counter to check out, the employees literally walked away the opposite direction and left the counter when I’m finally ready to check out. While another employee proceeded to give me a attitude because I was looking at display tags on the counter while she was folding clothes close by. Telling me “they’re not coupons and then proceeded to roll her eyes and call her friend over to bad mouth me behind my back. That’s when I dropped all the clothes I was prepared to buy and proceeded to walk out. Will definitely not be giving my business to this store. I expect at least a tiny bit of effort to feel welcomed when shopping at a higher end retail store like Express.

I went to the express store with my wife in coastland center mall in Naples florida on 12/21/21 to buy ourselves a Christmas outfit. I was very disappointed when the employee there told me she couldn’t unlock the door for me to the fitting room because “there was only 2 people working”. I always make sure what I buy there fits me so I don’t have to make a trip back to exchange for a different size. We put back the clothes we were going to purchase and left the store upset that we we’re denied a fitting room for a silly reason.
