This is the first time that I’ve had to be on my own phone plan and I was a bit nervous at first, especially with the fear that I would mess up something with the phone plan and end up paying a lot more than what was needed. However, my customer service representative, Dillon, helped put those fears behind me! Dillon was everything you’d want in an employee. He was caring, he listened to my concerns and question, he was patient with me throughout the entire appointment, and most of all he was welcoming and very friendly. He has this way of customer service that makes you feel like you’re talking to a friend. While taking every question and concern that had come to mind, Dillon was able to work with me to figure out a plan that fits just right for me and my lifestyle. This AT&T store far exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t be happier!
