I don't have a primary care physician, so I visit this Centra Care location when I'm ill. APRNs Austin, Malone, and Rhodes, along with the techs, and entire staff are just wonderful. I am so appreciative of their sincere empathy and care. Highly recommend.

Front Desk By far the worst customer service ever by Jacklin! Zero respect when asking questions. I asked her a question, and she told me to calm down while yelling at me telling me that I need to lower my voice when I didn’t even raise my voice at her, and then she proceeded to tell me that I wasn’t going to talk to her like that when only asking a question. If she doesn’t like her job, she needs to find another one because clearly customer service is not her best quality! I will be calling corporate early Monday morning because this is unacceptable in customer service, and if she treated me like this, I'm sure she has done this to other patients. Just rude in every aspect. I will never come back here!

Absolute most robotic staff I have ever dealt with. Do not bring your child to this urgent care, they won’t do anything for you besides a Covid test. Broken arm? Covid test first, dying of heart failure? Covid test first. No emotion no empathy for the sick. Absolutely disgusting place. Trash. Trash. Trash.

Hello, I accompanied my wife, a CNA, to the Dr.Phillip's CentraCare facility and again to the Oviedo Mall branch, in order to comply with the TB testing, that the nursing agency required before employing her! On both occasions we were attended by exceptionally knowledgeable and pleasant members of staff. On the second attendance, the test was performed in double quick time, with the confirmation from the agency being on hand, and because having a TB test, a return appointment was necessary for the test to be ascertained being a success! Instead of returning to the Oviedo Mall facility, as we live in the Dr. Phillips location, and because my wife had to fill in for the care of two patients at the last minute, we were pleasantly offered for the final testing to be taken place at the Dr. Phillips CentraCare location, where we originally attended without the confirmation of the agency! With CentraCare having a number of facilities in and around Orlando, we will have her results today!
We have four AdventHealth Centra Care locations open until midnight Monday - Friday. AdventHealth Oviedo ER is also now open.
