Wish i could leave a 0. Ive been a long time customer of ricos long before it moved from across the street from the arnot mall. The service and food has went downhill tremendously. I usually just eat the food and dont complain. But tonight i ordered a stromboli which was raw dough on the inside. I called and they offered me a partial refund. I told them its unedible and they need to send me a new one. Which they did after a few minutes of complaining and trying to make excuses why they couldnt. The 2nd one showed up even less cooked than the first one and only had maybe 1/4 of the toppings in it as the first. So again i call and they tell me i have to come tomorrow to get my money because they are closed. I asked for the boss's name and number which the manager told me she didnt have but said she will have him call me. I am still waiting on a call but dont think i will be recieving one. I will have to say i wont ever be ordering from here again. I absolutely use to love there food its too bad the employees dont know how to make it correctly any more. I hope he finds someone that can actually cook the food good and run this store better because this wasy favorite pizza place. What a shame.

Pros: great pizza sizes, great ingredients, and the sauce is fantastic. Hardly a wait time. Cons: It's gone too fast! 😋

Really good mozzarella sticks. I got the pulled pork BBQ pizza and it was very good. Friendly staff. Menu has a descent selection of food to choose from.
