Followed up , or I should say I “attempted”to follow up on a product ordered for a patient. I could not get anyone to help . I was told to email customer service and didn’t hear back from them for days !! I finally called business accounts and had Alex help me and confirmed the patients order was returned to them . He was nice enough to order a replacement product to be sent to the patient . Customer Service intercepted it and cancelled the order (after we told the client a new one was shipping ) and demanded additional shipping fees . Way to go on customer service !!! I have to say we won’t be ordering any additional products or writing prescriptions for anyone using Olympia Pharmacy !!
