Had to go here over the weekend. The vet seemed a little inexperienced but at least a good bedside manner. Her "helper" however, was rude and even when we said it wasn't the money we had a problem with, we had questions, we were treated like we were putting the value of money over our dogs life. She got an attitude over our questions and kept jumping to putting together new estimates.

My baby girl is dieing they are so kind and caring they did all they could for her they went above and beyond a vet office they understand the love i have for my dog and hard it is .... They are amazing people.

Berkeley Springs Animal Hospital came highly recommended for my veterinary needs. They are the only place close by that offers veterinary services. They were very polite on the phone but they informed me that they are not taking any new patients. Hopefully they will expand to meet the need or another veterinarian will start up a practice. Until then I guess I will have to make the hour drive to my old Veterinarian.

Last time I went, 1 month ago, I got my dog heartworm tested and a cpl other tests. Also 3 booster shots, which included rabies. About $157.00. Dr Roberts ain't there anymore. Sold to a Dr Johnston. Haven't made my opinion of him yet. I miss Dr Roberts.
