This place has really good soft serve ice cream and we go there frequently but lately they have been handing our ice cream cones out the window already melting. I had to return one today and I think the older lady may have gotten upset but ma’am the ice cream you gave out that window was literally melting in your hand and you knew it but still chose to serve it to your customers and I kindly rejected it and the younger lady remade us another one. Please don’t run off your customers with the foolishness that’s the only reason I gave them 3 stars other then that it would’ve been 5 stars….. And one more thing that intercom needs to be fixed we have to scream at it for them to hear us.

Working the drive through only, as my family sits in the heat for for 20 minutes and they never opened the window. BTW: No sign saying “drive through only”
