Customer service is terrible

Well today our family member vehicle had a issue . Didn't want to start. We check over it and sounded like a low battery sound. We went to Autozone waited 20 minutes in line . To find out autozone had bad cx service and there battery tester machine doesn't even work. So we found this Advance Auto part store. Service was on point. The staff member SANDRA helped us. She was so knowledgeable, tested the batteries came down to 2.3 really low. We purchased a new battery and SANDRA even installed it for us . Wow 👌 awesome Service. SANDRA was a pleasure to work with. 😀 will come back again for any quick vehicle needs.

Yes they can utilize an OBD2 reader to see the codes and notifications from check engine lights and such
Masks required, employees temp scanned and hand sanitizer regularly Has been deep cleaned by a third party company once a month basically for the whole pandemic
