Every time I've dealt with action equipment rental they've always been fantastic. You have a problem with one of their rentals, they will make it right! Unlike several times I've rented from that big box teapot . To which if you don't pay the extra insurance for their unwell kept rentals don't be surprised to be charged for repair afterwards, even though that there was nothing wrong with the item to begin with.
