Dr Pham was very thorough and I would recommend her. Her billing office is the worst I have ever experienced. The're rude, inconsiderate, talk down to you, talk over you. Even when you prove them wrong they try to continue to argue. My wife and I will unfortunately not be seeing Dr Pham again because dealing with the billing office is a joke!!!!

The check in person was rude and snippy. I would never recommend your office to anyone. I can now see that from the other reviews that I am not the only patient who feels the receptionists are rude.

Very confusing and disappointing!!!! So my appt is at 10:30 on 2/22/22. I checked in at 10:25. The receptionist, instead of greeting good morning, she said: “did they tell you, you need to be here by 10 because you have to fill out forms.” I said yes they did. Then she said hold on let me check in the back. Then she returned and said I’m so sorry I have to cancel and reschedule your appt because they already one hour behind. So I said: you are cancelling my appt because I won’t be able to fill out the forms and my appt is at 10:30. Then she said it’s 10 pages and really long plus they are one hour behind. So she offered to reschedule I said no I will call then she said you wanna just take home the questionnaire and I said no I’m not coming back here. So I work also in healthcare industry , in an outpatient clinic, but what I experienced in this clinic was poorly handled. I took a day off as I have been dealing with my ear pain for few months but only to be cancelled. I was really hoping to get evaluated as I have been twice to urgent care for this issue. This receptionist and whoever she spoke to has no compassion and very insensitive. It is not my fault that they are running behind one hour in schedule that they have to cancel and reschedule mine. The clinic did not specify when I made an appt that if a pt is late prior to your schedule appt so fill those forms then they can cancel appt. I’ve never heard such a thing. I know that if a patient is late 15 minutes past their scheduled appt then the clinic has the right to not see that late pt. Anyway, what a waste of time!!!! Totally turned off.

Today was my first visit with Dr. Horlbeck, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and answered ALL my questions. The staff was very friendly as well. I never felt rushed at any point and everything was thoroughly explained to me. I highly recommend this office and physician.
