Hi, Ali. We do not have in-person Spanish language classes for English speakers, but your library card does give you access to Transparent Language - a very cool language learning program that you can use on your smart phone or computer. You can check it out here: https://jaxpubliclibrary.org/transparent-language-online Thank you for asking!
Hi, Josh. Unfortunately at this time we don't have faxing available.
You need an ID and a piece of official mail. Both with a Jacksonville address.
Yes at this time you may take book donations to the Friends of the Library Bookstore next to University Park Branch Library. For more information visit www.fjpl.org.
There are several issues of Death Note available in the catalog at different library locations! You can find them by visiting www.jaxpubliclibrary.org and searching the catalog. You'll need to sign in with your library card number and pin to complete the process. Then you'll get an alert by email when your item is ready for you and you can pick up curbside or inside the building. Thank you!

Hi, Linda! Unfortunately we do not have fax capabilities at our libraries. You can scan a document to email if that's useful. If you contact the branch they should be able to recommend a nearby place that provides fax services. Thank you for asking!
Sorry, Wanda, we don't have fax service available to the public. You can scan and email if that's an option.

Hi, Zorida! Unfortunately, Jacksonville Public Library does not process passports. We recommend you visit the Duval County Clerk of Court website for information on how to get a passport processed. Thank you for asking!
You can go on their website, from the Home page, select Services, scroll down and click the egov logo, scroll down to IRS, from there you can do whatever you need. I do believe they do have information at the site. Have a good day!
They do not offer that service.
Hi, Tashara! If your son is a Duval County Public Schools student, his school ID is already set up as his library card. If you're looking to get him his own Juvenile card, you can go to the library and sign up and they should be able to issue you a card number right away. Does this answer your question?
Yes, the library will have early voting today (last day) 10am to 6pm. There may be a long line. It was a long line yesterday. Good luck!
Library cards are free. You just need to fill out an application online, print it, take it to the library and they will give you a card 😁 you can also just ask for a card with the front desk staff.
No I don't have a scanner.
Yes. You have the option to print in color or just black.
Simply bring your library card into any branch and they will reset the password for you.
